Pick a target for a migration report: Three of those targets are measured: Google Sheets, LibreOffice, and Excel for the web — a separate application from the desktop product, with its own calculation engine, which we recalculate in Excel Online (most recent run 2026-09-01). The Excel (desktop) target is documentation-based only: it reports what Microsoft’s published function reference says about the desktop product, never a measurement of ours, so a desktop report can list a missing function but can never flag a value quirk.
